Hmmm... I've just realized how difficult is to write a few words about yourself and it's interesting enough, would you like to get through to the end ;) But as I have already said 'A' I also have to say 'B'.
So, I like it when work gives challenges and I'm not afraid to face them. Professionally I'm a customer oriented person, for which there is no problem with establishing contacts with other people. I've the ability to listen and translate technical issues to "non-technical" people where communication between me and the user takes place in the atmosphere of mutual understanding. I've also the ability to think analytically, which is very helpful in solving different kinds of problems. Additionally, I'm a creative person who has a lot of ideas and is not dread of using them in everyday work.
I appreciate very teamwork, especially the one in which the team members mutually exchange their knowledge and experiences and complement the given tasks. It's important for me to work in a team in an atmosphere conducive to various polemics and allows for stringing relations within the team.
I value the Managers who show confidence in their employees, leaving them field for action and place on their own initiative, of course, lying in the range duties to be performed.
I like when everything has its place in spacetime, therefore I always set priority for the scheduled tasks. I'm a scrupulous person and therefore the implementation of tasks I carry out with great care that some people can find irritating, but for me is a normal approach to the subject. So performed a task I consider to be complete only when I'm sure that everything works correctly, so as to in the future it doesn't have to come back. I hate stopgap, so I never go into them !!!
Because I'm very strict even to myself, therefore I put a great impact on my professional development. I willingly take participation in various webcasts, thematic training and industry conferences. In addition, I try to keep abreast of technical innovations available on the market. Unable to stand still, happy to accept a proposal of cooperation from companies that are able to offer me interesting challenges in the implementation of which will be able to take advantage of current experience and acquire new skills.
